Job Title: Apartment Community – Leasing Consultant

Company: Monarch Investment and Management Group

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $17 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $17 for a Leasing Consultant position in Cincinnati, OH is somewhat below the industry average. As of late 2023, Leasing Consultants in the Cincinnati area typically earn between $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience, specific duties, and the complexity of the properties managed. Factors such as local cost of living, demand for housing, and the size of the company can influence salary ranges. While $17 per hour may be acceptable for entry-level positions or smaller communities, it may not attract seasoned professionals or those with specialized skills, suggesting that the compensation could be improved to remain competitive in the local market.
