As a Leasing Consultant, you will engage with potential residents by showcasing our delightful community, which comprises 384 market-rate units and offers remarkable commission opportunities. Your role will be instrumental in enhancing our residents’ experience and driving our leasing success.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday from 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., with no weekend shifts currently required. Possible Saturdays may be necessary. This is a full-time, year-round position with day shift hours.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay rate of $16 – $18 per hour
  • Exceptional commission potential: Up to $100 for each renewal (shared) and $75 for each rental within our 384 units
