Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Application Developer for a W2 contract opportunity with one of our prominent clients. Please note that this position is available for W2 candidates only.

Position Title: Application Developer
Role Type: W2 Only (No C2C)
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Detroit, MI
Schedule: Hybrid

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in C# .NET
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Ability to collaborate with team members on moderately complex programming projects

Role Summary:
The Application Developer will play a critical role in enhancing ongoing base optimization efforts for Core Operations, with an estimated contribution of 1,000 development hours towards the development of effective solutions.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • A minimum of one (1) year of programming experience
  • Basic understanding of development, database management, testing, and integration methodologies

Preferred Skills/Experience (Optional but Preferred):

  • Experience with Pegasystems Robotic Desktop Automation (RDA)

Education/Certifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
