Requirements:

As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing core operations, ensuring that high-quality products are produced, assembled, packaged, and prepared for delivery to customers. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Performing basic assembly, machine operation, and material handling.
  • Executing pre-assembly setup tasks as required.
  • Maintaining efficiency while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Keeping work areas and equipment clean and organized.
  • Conducting inspections and managing the packing process to ensure product and process quality.

Assemblers should be prepared to be on their feet for the entirety of the shift, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently. A willingness to remain on your feet for up to 9 hours and the ability to reach in any direction, as well as kneel and stoop repeatedly, is essential. Additionally, good hearing and vision are required.
