Job Title: Assistant Deli Manager

Company: Nino Salvaggio International Marketplace

Location: Troy, MI

Pay: $17.5 – 19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $17.50 to $19 for the role of “Assistant Deli Manager” in Troy, MI, is generally competitive but on the lower end of the spectrum. As of 2023, average hourly wages for similar positions in the grocery and deli management sector typically range from $18 to $25, depending on experience and specific responsibilities. Given Troy’s cost of living and Michigan’s economic conditions, this rate may attract candidates but could ultimately limit the pool to those with less experience or those seeking entry-level opportunities. Therefore, while it is within a reasonable range, increasing the pay could enhance competitiveness and appeal to more qualified applicants.
