Position: Assistant Director of EVS
We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist in leading a goal-oriented hospital housekeeping department, fostering an effective, productive, and rewarding team environment. In collaboration with your team, you will contribute to creating a safe, clean, and comfortable atmosphere essential for patient healing. Prior housekeeping experience is not required; a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
Responsibilities:

- Oversee team member training, development, task assignments, and scheduling.
- Conduct daily inspections and assessments, providing coaching and counseling to team members.
