Job Title: Assistant Director, Warren Bennis Leadership Institute, Carl H. Lindner College of Business, Hybrid

Company: University of Cincinnati

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $58000 – 68000 per year

AI Pay Analysis: The annual salary range of $58,000 to $68,000 for the role of “Assistant Director, Warren Bennis Leadership Institute, Carl H. Lindner College of Business, Hybrid” in Cincinnati, OH, translates to roughly $27.88 to $32.69 per hour based on a standard full-time work schedule. This compensation appears relatively competitive within the context of higher education administration roles, particularly in mid-sized cities like Cincinnati, which generally offer lower living costs compared to larger metropolitan areas. However, salaries for similar positions can vary widely depending on the institution, the specific responsibilities associated with the role, and the candidate’s experience level, with comparable administrative roles in larger or more prestigious institutions often exceeding this range. Overall, while the offered salary is reasonable, it may fall slightly below the higher end of industry standards for leadership roles in well-funded higher education environments.
