What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate with other departments to promote cross-selling across the property.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute an approved business plan by identifying profitable opportunities, performing SWOT analyses, recommending competitive strategies, and setting quarterly and annual goals aimed at increasing customer engagement.

Qualifications:
What You Need for This Position

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in hotel operations is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong commitment to purpose, values, and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent decision-making capabilities with the ability to make prompt decisions that benefit guests and the organization.
  • A positive attitude and adaptability to changing schedules.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to foster strong short- and long-term relationships with guests and team members.
  • Proficient reading skills with the capacity to manage a high volume of correspondence.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.

  • Capacity to stand for extended periods, up to 10 hours.
