AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for the role of “Assistant General Manager OEM/HM” in East Lansing, MI, it is essential to consider various factors, including local cost of living, industry standards, and comparable positions. Typically, Assistant General Managers in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) sector can expect hourly rates ranging from $25 to $45, depending on experience, company size, and specific responsibilities. In East Lansing, which has a relatively moderate cost of living compared to larger cities, an hourly rate at the higher end of this spectrum would be considered competitive. However, it’s crucial to ensure that the offered rate reflects the expected qualifications and aligns with regional market trends; therefore, if the rate is significantly below $30 per hour, it may not be competitive for attracting qualified candidates in this field.
