Job Title: Assistant Kitchen Manager

Company: Community Space Brands

Location: Dublin, OH

Pay: $20 – 25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $20 – $25 for an “Assistant Kitchen Manager” in Dublin, OH, appears to be competitive but is slightly below the average for similar roles in the broader context of the U.S. as of 2023. Typically, Assistant Kitchen Managers in metropolitan areas can expect to earn between $25 and $35 per hour, depending on factors like experience, the type of establishment, and specific responsibilities. In Dublin, OH, which has a moderate cost of living, this rate reflects entry to mid-level compensation, suggesting it may attract candidates but could also lead to challenges in hiring experienced professionals accustomed to higher pay scales in more urban markets. Consequently, while the offered wage is reasonable for the role, it may not fully align with expectations in a competitive hiring environment.
