Responsibilities
– Assist in overseeing restaurant operations and conditions to ensure high-quality products and exceptional Guest service and hospitality
– Review documentation to evaluate the quality of restaurant operations
– Support the training of non-management staff
– Allocate duties and responsibilities to Team Members according to work requirements
– Administer kitchen setup by creating prep sheets and coordinating station and cleaning duties
– Participate in Manager and Certified Trainer meetings
– Perform basic register functions, including voids, comps, discounts, and other table maintenance
– Aid management in monitoring food and beverage preparation, as well as receiving and storage processes
– Address and resolve Guest complaints
– As needed, fulfill the roles of Server, Bartender, Host, Expediter, Line/Prep Cook, or Dishwasher
