In your capacity as Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager while fostering customer satisfaction, which is our top priority. Your responsibilities will include training staff on K1 Speed’s rules and regulations, coordinating with pit staff to ensure seamless operations, and maintaining a clean and organized facility. This role requires physical stamina, as it involves standing for extended periods and some lifting. Punctuality and the ability to maintain composure in high-stress situations are essential. Additionally, you will handle financial transactions and effectively manage a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all K1 Speed visitors
  • Train staff on all rules and regulations related to K1 Speed
  • Collaborate with pit staff to ensure smooth operational flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times
  • Perform light lifting as needed
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Exhibit punctuality in all shifts
  • Manage team dynamics in stressful situations
  • Oversee financial transactions and money handling

Job Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must have reliable transportation
