Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shifts with a team of 3 to 10 employees
  • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer service
  • Serve as the Customer Service Manager during shifts
  • Handle cash transactions and perform reconciliations of cash drawers
  • Train new hires and oversee the development of staff members promoted within the team
  • Complete additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • No formal educational requirements are necessary.
  • Leadership experience is required.

Physical Requirements:
