As an Assistant Manager, you will be accountable for all operational aspects during your shift, including cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. Leading by example, you will adhere to all policies and procedures consistently and expect the same level of commitment from your team.

General responsibilities for all team members include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage and workspaces, preparing products, receiving and processing phone orders, conducting inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness in the equipment and facility daily.

Work conditions may involve exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather while performing outside tasks, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 to above 90 degrees, and potential fumes from food odors. You may encounter cornmeal dust and cramped spaces such as walk-in coolers, alongside hot surfaces reaching up to 500 degrees or higher, and sharp edges or moving mechanical parts.

Physical requirements are as follows: most tasks are performed standing, with walking required for short distances. Paperwork may be completed at a desk or table.
