Job Title: Assistant Microbiologist (Night Shift, 6:30p to 7:00a ; Rotating Weekends)
Company: Abbott
Location: Tipp City, OH
Pay: $18.65 – 37.35 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.65 to $37.35 for the role of “Assistant Microbiologist” in Tipp City, OH, is within a competitive range, although it does vary widely. Entry-level microbiology technician positions typically start around $18 to $25 per hour, while those with more experience and specialized skills may command higher wages up to $35 or more, particularly in more urban areas or specialized industries. Given that Tipp City is not a major urban center, the lower end of this range appears reasonable for entry-level or less experienced candidates, whereas the higher end could reflect opportunities for positions requiring more responsibility or experience. Overall, the offered rates seem to align fairly well with industry standards, especially considering the night shift and rotating weekends, which may provide additional premiums in some organizations.
