What We Are Looking For:
– The ability to oversee customer service leadership, provide training, and offer coaching to all store employees, alongside the Store Leader.
– Proven experience in maintaining high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering staff, and promoting productivity.
– Capability to assist in the implementation of merchandising and marketing programs.
– Proficiency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program.
– A strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment by adhering to all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store remains presentable and stocked.
– Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
– Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft products such as Word and Excel.
– A High School diploma or GED is preferred; however, candidates with a minimum of one year of Retail Management experience are also encouraged to apply.
– A valid Driver’s License from your state of residence, with the maintenance of automotive liability insurance during your employment.
– The ability to manage multiple tasks, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
