Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Achieve sales targets through unit rentals, insurance sales, and moving supplies.
- Assist new customers with rental processes and agreements.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.
- Work autonomously on daily tasks and collaboratively with team members.
- Occasionally run errands and travel to other store locations as required.
Your Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficient computer skills.
- A current, valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
