Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by converting leads to rentals and effectively upselling.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and maintenance, including bathrooms, hallways, and lobby areas.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle cash management, including reporting and daily deposits.
  • Uphold company standards and comply with established policies.

Work Schedule:

  • Our facility operates seven days a week from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with this location closed on Sundays, allowing for a balanced work/life schedule.

Qualifications for an Assistant Store Manager:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience (e.g., retail sales, restaurant, front desk, site management).
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-focused sales and collections.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • Capable of walking, sitting, or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems and other standard office equipment.
