The Opportunity: Contribute to Your Career Growth

• Collaborate with the Store Manager on Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources within a high-volume retail location.
• Develop innovative strategies aimed at boosting store sales.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor a dedicated team of Associates.
• Oversee and implement loss prevention and operational protocols.
• Ensure that every customer enjoys a positive shopping experience.
• Manage the daily operations of the sales floor, backroom, front end, and cash office.

Who We Are Looking For:

• A candidate with two (2) years of retail leadership experience in an Assistant or Store Manager role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.
• A proven track record of managing, developing, and inspiring a large team.
• Experience with volume responsibilities of $5 million or more.

This position is eligible for bonuses and overtime, with a starting pay range of $23.25 to $29.70 per hour, equivalent to approximately $57,947.37 to $74,023.09 annually. Actual starting pay will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
