Job Title: ASSOC, CATERING TO YOU (ON CALL)

Pay: $25 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $25 for the role of “ASSOC, CATERING TO YOU (ON CALL)” in Columbus, OH, appears to be competitive compared to industry standards, especially for entry-level positions in the catering and hospitality sectors. As of late 2023, similar roles in this area typically range from $15 to $30 per hour, depending on factors like experience, specific job responsibilities, and the nature of the employer. Given Columbus’ relatively lower cost of living compared to major metropolitan areas, $25 per hour is a reasonable compensation, especially for an on-call position, which may offer flexibility but could also imply irregular hours. Overall, this rate likely aligns well with local market expectations, making it an attractive opportunity for potential candidates in the hospitality field.
