Job Description
Job Title: Associate Chemist I (Night Shift, 6:30p – 7:00a, Alternating Weekends)
Company: Abbott
Location: Tipp City, OH
Pay: $18.65 – 37.35 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $18.65 to $37.35 for the role of “Associate Chemist I” in Tipp City, OH, appears to be competitive within the context of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, particularly for entry-level positions. According to industry standards, entry-level chemists typically earn between $20 to $30 per hour, while those with more experience can command higher wages. The night shift and alternating weekends may also justify the higher end of the pay scale due to the less desirable hours. Overall, while the lower range might be viewed as modest, it could still be reasonable for a starting position in this geographic area, especially when considering local cost of living factors.
