– Ensuring timely completion of necessary forms by residents and their families.
– Facilitating the signing of Resident Agreements and reviewing welcome materials.
– Introducing new residents and their families to the community’s amenities and services.
– Arranging hospitality meals for residents and their families on Move-In day.
– Verifying that suites are ready for occupancy via the Suite Readiness Checklist.
– Working with the Maintenance Coordinator to address any suite readiness issues.
– Maintaining open communication with residents and families throughout the move-in experience to foster a smooth transition.
– Initiating contact with the resident’s physician to secure necessary documentation.
– Supporting residents in establishing connections within the community through various engagement activities.
– Ensuring confidentiality and protection of resident information at all times.
– Facilitating the Sunrise Founders Club for qualifying new residents and their families.
– Collaborating with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promoting safety protocols.
– Upholding safety best practices, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures.
– Actively participating in team dynamics and committing to shared objectives.
– Embodying the Team Member Credo in interactions with staff and residents.
