TOP DRIVERS TRUCK DRIVERS EARN $1,800 PER WEEK!
We are pleased to offer Contract Truck Drivers (1099) a selection of premium pay plans, including:
- 70 cents per mile (CPM) with an average of 2,600 – 2,800 miles per week.
- A Day Rate of $300, averaging $1,600 – $1,800 per week.
- Alternatively, drivers may opt for 30% of gross pay, with an average earning of $1,800 per week.
For Company Truck Drivers (W2), we provide:
- 63 CPM, with an average of 2,600 – 2,800 miles per week.
- A special introductory offer for new W2 Drivers at 63 CPM, with the standard base rate being 60 CPM. *Conditions apply.
- A Day Rate of $260, averaging between $1,400 – $1,600 per week.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, 401(k), and Per Diem.
In Zone #2, Real Trucking extends similar opportunities to Contract Drivers (1099), allowing them to choose between 65 CPM or 30% of gross pay, while W2 Drivers earn 60 CPM.

Payment Structure:

W2: $0.60 per mile (covering all empty and loaded miles)
1099: $0.65 per mile (covering all empty and loaded miles) -
Additional Compensation:
Extra Stop: $50 per stop
Detention: $15 per hour (after the first 2 hours)
Layover: $125 per day (for W2 when truck is unserviceable); $150 per day for 1099. - Flat Rate Payments:
W2: $275 per day
1099: $325 per day
The flat rate is contingent upon working a minimum of 9 hours a day, applicable even on weekends. Should a driver work fewer than 9 hours on weekends, payment will be prorated.
For W2 Drivers, per diem is available, allowing a portion of the driver’s earnings to be exempt from taxation, resulting in increased take-home pay each week. We cover 50% of medical, dental, and vision premiums, and provide one week of paid vacation after one year of employment.
For 1099 Drivers, a weekly fee of $36.75 is charged for occupational insurance, and an escrow/security deposit of $1,200 is required, charged at $200 per week for the first six weeks. This deposit will be returned 30 days following the last working day in the event of resignation or an extended vacation.
To work as a 1099 contractor, drivers must maintain an active business with the IRS, providing proof through an IRS letter with their Employer Identification Number (EIN) and a dedicated business bank account, as payments will not be deposited into personal accounts. If these requirements are unmet, drivers will be classified under W2.
Owner-Operator (O/O) Details:
Owner-Operators receive 80% of earnings, with 20% retained by the company for dispatch, trailer usage, maintenance, and cargo insurance.
- Charges Include:
- Pre-Pass: $5/week
- Log Book: $10/week
- Occupational Insurance: $36.75/week
- Parking: Charges apply at select locations
Owner-Operators are not subject to road tests, as liability resides with the owner of the truck. An escrow/security deposit of $2,000 is required, charged at $250 per week for the first eight weeks, refundable 30 days after the last working day.
Additional Benefits:
- Free installation of Samsara Event Recorder with a requirement to return the device upon termination.
- Access to side and backup cameras.
- Optional BOB (bobtail) physical damage and liability insurance.
- Plates program and IFTA (first $350 covered by Real).
- Dedicated fuel card and a 24/7 support line.

Expenses Covered Include:
- For Company Truck Drivers — All necessary expenses are covered (except for new 1099 drivers).
- For O/O or Lease Drivers — 50% of the following expenses are covered: hotel, Uber, flight, fuel, and other travel-related costs upon commencing employment, along with drug tests and random testing.
Referral Bonus: $1,500 ($750 after the completion of the first full week + $750 after 90 days of active employment).
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 23 years.
- At least two years of verifiable driving experience.
- No more than one moving violation in the last year, and a maximum of two within the previous three years. No accidents during the past three years.
- A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) record.
- No DUI or criminal records.
