Requirements:
As an assembler, you will play a vital role in the core operations of manufacturing, ensuring that quality products are produced, assembled, packaged, and made ready for delivery to customers. Responsibilities may include:

  • Performing basic assembly tasks, machine operation, and material handling.
  • Executing pre-assembly set-up and functions as required.
  • Maintaining efficiency while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Keeping the work area and equipment clean and organized.
  • Ensuring product and process quality through appropriate inspection and packing procedures.

Assemblers are expected to remain on their feet for the duration of the shift, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently. The role requires stamina to stay on your feet for up to 9 hours, as well as the ability to reach in various directions and kneel or stoop repeatedly. Good hearing and vision are also essential.
