Fox Motors is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Fox Audi Porsche in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you will play a vital part in realizing our vision of "Working together moving people throughout life" by fostering trust and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales Consultant is entrusted with delivering exceptional purchase experiences. Your responsibilities will include engaging and consulting with customers, utilizing dealership systems for follow-up, and maintaining the highest level of customer service to cultivate long-term business relationships. We are looking for a competitive, career-driven individual with a passion for innovation within a professional and dynamic sales environment. Previous automotive sales experience is not a requirement; candidates with backgrounds in bartending, personal training, or hospitality will find a rewarding opportunity to launch their careers with us. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Approaching, greeting, and offering assistance to customers in the dealership showroom or sales lot.
• Staying informed about the latest product information to maintain a high standard of vehicle knowledge.
• Providing customers with detailed information regarding vehicle specifications, including performance, safety features, and benefits.
• Conducting professional demonstrations of vehicle features.
• Using dealership systems to manage pre- and post-sales follow-up and maintain a client database.
• Keeping abreast of vehicle values, equity, financing products, and Fox programs.
• Adhering to Fox processes during vehicle delivery.
• Introducing customers to various points of interest within the dealership.
• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of vehicles is available and the environment remains welcoming.
