Job description:

The Porter plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of vehicle repairs by ensuring that customer vehicles are meticulously cleaned prior to delivery. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of both the shop and office facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks within the office, including emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, and dusting countertops and work areas.
• Maintain a tidy production area by emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and organizing tools and equipment.
• Ensure that parking lots and grounds are kept neat and orderly, including shoveling sidewalks as needed.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs commence.
• Conduct thorough exterior and interior cleanups of customer vehicles upon completion of repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for additional repairs as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Clear close vision is necessary.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail is crucial.
