NTB, now a proud member of the Mavis Tires Family, is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Columbus, OH area. As one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, Mavis operates over 2,000 retail locations.

Position Overview: Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the repair shop. Responsibilities include scheduling mechanics and technicians, ordering parts, overseeing the quality and timely completion of services to exceed customer expectations, ensuring personnel safety, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of under-car repairs, alignments, tires, and exhaust systems, as well as basic math and computer proficiency. Strong communication skills are essential for conveying safety and mechanical concerns to the store manager to better inform customers. Basic supervisory and leadership abilities are also necessary for success in this position.

Position Overview: Service Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and necessary under-car repairs. This sales-oriented role requires prior experience in sales, particularly in products or services that demand effective upselling techniques. Knowledge of automotive repairs and the industry is beneficial. Candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor, driven by goal-oriented success.
