NTB, in partnership with the Mavis Tires Family, is excited to announce openings for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales center located in the Beachwood, OH area. As one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States with over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis offers a dynamic work environment.

Position Overview: Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in the seamless operation of the repair shop. Responsibilities include scheduling the work of mechanics and technicians, ordering necessary parts, and ensuring that repairs are completed to the highest quality and in a timely manner, all while exceeding customer expectations. The Assistant Manager is also accountable for maintaining safety standards in the workplace and for the overall cleanliness of the shop. Candidates should possess a strong knowledge of under-car repairs, alignments, tire services, and exhaust systems, in addition to basic math and computer skills. Effective communication regarding safety and mechanical issues with both the store manager and customers is essential. Basic supervisory and leadership skills are also necessary for success in this role.

Position Overview: Service Manager
The Service Manager is responsible for guiding customers in selecting appropriate tires and determining necessary under-car repair services. This sales-oriented position demands prior sales experience, particularly in environments requiring effective upselling techniques. A solid understanding of automotive repairs and the industry is advantageous. Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be personable and outgoing, and maintain a goal-oriented approach to their work.
