NTB is proud to be part of the Mavis Tires Family and is currently seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our team at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Westlake, OH area. As one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, with over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis offers a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Position Overview: Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient functioning of the repair shop. Responsibilities include scheduling the work of mechanics and technicians, ordering parts, ensuring quality and timely job completion to exceed customer expectations, maintaining personnel safety, and overseeing shop cleanliness. Candidates should possess knowledge of under-car repairs, alignments, tires, and exhaust systems, complemented by basic mathematical and computer skills. Effective communication of safety and mechanical issues to the store manager, as well as basic supervisory and leadership skills, are essential for success in this role.

Position Overview: Service Manager
The Service Manager is tasked with assisting customers in selecting tires and necessary under-car repair services. This sales-oriented position requires previous experience in sales, particularly in products and services that involve up-selling techniques. Familiarity with automotive repairs and the industry is advantageous. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, along with a personable and goal-oriented demeanor.
