NTB, now proudly a part of the Mavis Tires Family, is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our team at one of our cutting-edge automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Dayton, OH area. Mavis is recognized as one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, with over 2,000 retail locations.

Position Overview: Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of the repair shop. Responsibilities include scheduling the work of mechanics and technicians, ordering parts, and ensuring the timely and quality completion of services that surpass customer expectations. The Assistant Manager will also prioritize personnel safety and maintain a clean and organized shop environment. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of under-car repairs, alignments, tires, and exhaust systems, along with basic mathematical and computer skills. Effective communication of safety and mechanical issues to the store manager is essential, as is the ability to demonstrate basic supervisory and leadership skills.

Position Overview: Service Manager
The Service Manager is tasked with providing expertise to customers regarding tire selections and necessary under-car repair services.
