We are excited to announce that Tuffy Tire is now part of the Mavis Tires Family and are seeking dedicated full-time Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our modern automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Toledo, OH area. As one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, Mavis operates over 2,000 retail locations.

Position Overview: Assistant Manager
As a prospective leader within the Mavis organization, the Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the efficient, safe, and effective operation of each Mavis retail location. Utilizing essential leadership skills, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for enforcing established policies, procedures, and standards; scheduling the work of mechanics and technicians; managing outside orders; ensuring the quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and prioritizing the safety of team members.

Position Overview: Service Manager
The Service Manager plays a critical role in assisting customers with tire selections and recommending necessary under-car repair services. To achieve complete customer satisfaction through timely and high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, the Service Manager will oversee the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians while staging vehicle repair and maintenance tasks. In addition, the Service Manager will actively drive Mavis’s sales initiatives by communicating directly with customers, assessing their needs, providing information on requested and/or necessary automotive services, ensuring satisfaction with the in-store experience, and striving to meet customer expectations.
