NTB is excited to become a part of the Mavis Tires Family and is currently seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our advanced automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Hudson, OH area. As one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States, Mavis operates over 2,000 retail locations.

Position Overview: Assistant Manager
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of the repair shop. Responsibilities include scheduling the work of mechanics and technicians, ordering parts, and overseeing the timely completion of services that exceed customer expectations, while also maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Candidates should possess knowledge of under-car repairs, alignments, tires, and exhaust systems, along with fundamental math and computer skills. It is essential to communicate any safety and mechanical issues to the store manager for customer awareness. Basic supervisory and leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.

Position Overview: Service Manager
The Service Manager is tasked with assisting customers in selecting tires and understanding the necessary under-car repair services. This sales-focused role requires prior experience in sales, particularly in products and services that involve upselling techniques. A comprehensive understanding of automotive repairs and the industry is advantageous.
