We are excited to announce that Tuffy Tire has joined the Mavis Tires Family, and we are currently seeking full-time Automotive Assistants and Service Managers to become part of Team Mavis at our modern automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Toledo, OH area. With a robust presence of over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis stands as one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Assistant Manager Position Overview
The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our repair shop. Responsibilities include scheduling the workload of mechanics and technicians, ordering necessary parts, and ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of jobs that surpass customer expectations. The position requires a keen focus on personnel safety and maintaining a clean working environment. Candidates should possess knowledge in under-car repairs, alignments, tires, and exhaust systems, along with basic mathematical and computer skills. Effective communication of safety and mechanical issues to the Store Manager and our customers is essential, as are basic supervisory and leadership capabilities.

Service Manager Position Overview
