Key Responsibilities:

– Warmly greet customers, whether in person or over the phone
– Assess customer needs and provide exemplary service
– Acquire comprehensive knowledge of store operations, seamlessly transitioning between customer interaction and service staff support
– Prepare and present professional service estimates to customers
– Identify mandatory service items as well as recommended additional services
– Support the Store Manager in customer interactions as needed
