Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for various service needs, including maintenance and recall work.
  • Greet customers and perform initial inspections of their vehicles.
  • Advise customers on necessary and recommended services, along with associated costs.
  • Monitor the status of customer vehicles throughout the service process and keep clients informed of any updates.
  • Review completed work orders with customers to ensure all inquiries and concerns are addressed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred; however, we are open to training the right candidate.
