Essential Job Functions
- Assess and address customer needs, problems, complaints, requests, inquiries, and deadlines in a professional manner.
- Facilitate communication between customers and the service department to ensure proper diagnosis and service delivery.
- Verify completion of appropriate services with the service department.
- Promote and sell tires, automotive accessories, service repairs, and preventative maintenance to meet customer needs.
- Stay informed and maintain comprehensive product knowledge of all tires, services, and competing products.
- Provide accurate responses to customer inquiries both via phone and in-store.
- Cultivate trustworthy relationships with customers by demonstrating integrity and a genuine concern for their needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service that surpasses expectations while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Education and Experience
