We are currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our family-owned dealership as Automotive Service Repair Technicians. Responsibilities:

  • Execute basic repairs on Lincoln and Ford models, including preventative maintenance and warranty repairs.
  • Review repair orders and transport vehicles to the designated work area.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform authorized repairs.
  • Coordinate with the Parts department to procure necessary components.
  • Tag and retain parts for warranty claims or customer requests.
  • Inform the Service Advisor of any additional work requirements, unnecessary services, or potential delays.
  • Road-test vehicles to confirm that repairs have resolved customer issues.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed work.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on factory technical bulletins.
  • Maintain cleanliness of customers’ vehicles during service.
  • Uphold safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations governing service repair work.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience (minimum of 1 year).
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Willingness to work in a mechanical shop with moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Possession of all necessary tools required for automotive repair and maintenance.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
