Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices, a prominent leader in the tire and automotive repair service industry, is excited to announce the Grand Opening of a new location in South Euclid, OH. We are currently seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join our team.

About the Position of Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will oversee the efficient operation of the automotive repair shop. Key responsibilities include scheduling the work of mechanics and technicians, ordering parts, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of services that exceed customer expectations, maintaining a safe working environment, and upholding cleanliness standards within the shop. Candidates should possess knowledge of under-car repairs, alignments, tire services, and exhaust systems, as well as basic mathematics and computer skills. Strong communication skills are essential for conveying safety and mechanical issues to the store manager for customer interaction. Basic supervisory and leadership capabilities are also necessary for success in this role.

About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager will assist customers in selecting tires and identifying required under-car repair services. This sales-oriented position requires prior sales experience, particularly in up-selling products and services. Knowledge of automotive repairs and the industry is advantageous. Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, be personable and outgoing, and possess a results-driven attitude.
