Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices, a prominent leader in the tire and automotive repair service industry, is excited to announce the Grand Opening of a new Mavis Tire location in South Euclid, OH. We are currently seeking experienced automotive sales professionals for multiple openings.

The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the repair shop. Responsibilities include scheduling work for mechanics and technicians, ordering necessary parts, and ensuring the quality and timely completion of services that exceed customer expectations. This position also encompasses maintaining the safety of personnel and the cleanliness of the shop. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of under-car repairs, alignments, tires, and exhaust systems, alongside basic mathematical and computer skills. Effective communication of safety and mechanical concerns to the store manager is essential, as is possessing foundational supervisory and leadership skills to excel in this role.

The Service Manager is tasked with assisting customers in selecting tires and necessary under-car repair services. This sales-oriented position requires prior experience in sales, particularly in areas that necessitate upselling techniques. A strong knowledge of repairs and the automotive industry is advantageous. Success in this role hinges on excellent interpersonal skills, an outgoing personality, and a results-driven mindset.
