NTB is proud to be a part of the Mavis Tires Family and is actively seeking full-time Automotive Store Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Lancaster, OH area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis stands as one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
As an Automotive Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store location, with a focus on maximizing profitability through effective sales strategies, vigilant inventory and expense management, personnel oversight, and cost control measures. You will implement and administer sales programs while guiding technicians and mechanics to ensure the timely and safe execution of high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance services. Your role will involve direct communication with customers, discerning their needs, providing pertinent information on requested or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
