Job description:

This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is set to open in May 2025, with interviews commencing in April 2025. We are seeking enthusiastic and positive technicians and mechanics who are dedicated to providing exceptional service. Ideal candidates will possess a strong passion for problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for our guests.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilizing knowledge and skills to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
  • Continuously gaining experience as an automotive mechanic across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conducting thorough, accurate, and transparent vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively.
  • Adhering to and promoting our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizational practices.
  • Communicating effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
  • Working alongside fellow technicians to resolve problems, meet deadlines, and achieve distinguished results.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve guests.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic.
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle makes and models.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed productivity goals.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to long-term career development.

Physical Requirements:

  • Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
  • Ability to work with tools while standing on lifts or in tight spaces.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Capacity to walk and stand for the majority of the workday.
  • Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmissions.
  • Proficiency in navigating computer systems.
