Job description:
This state-of-the-art automotive service facility is projected to commence operations in March 2025, with interviews scheduled to start in February 2025. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated technicians that embody a positive attitude and possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. Ideal candidates will exhibit a relentless drive to identify solutions to challenging problems and uphold our standards of integrity in their work.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Utilizing expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring guest satisfaction.
– Gaining valuable experience as an automotive technician through exposure to a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
– Performing thorough, precise, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
– Collaborating with team members to quickly and effectively address customer concerns.
– Adhering to and promoting our rigorous standards for safety, cleanliness, and organization within the workplace.
– Communicating effectively with the service department regarding customer needs and concerns.
– Partnering with other technicians to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and consistently deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications:
– A positive demeanor and a passion for serving guests.
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive technician/mechanic field.
– ASE Certifications are preferred, or a clear plan to obtain them.
– Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
– Ability to meet or exceed set hourly performance goals.
– A willingness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving processes.
– Professional presentation and strong communication abilities.
– A commitment to long-term career advancement.

Physical Requirements:
– Ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
– Capability to work with tools while reaching above shoulder height.
– Comfort working in confined spaces as required for vehicle repairs.
– Dexterity necessary for the effective use of hand tools.
– Ability to remain on foot for the majority of the workday.
– Competence in driving vehicles with manual transmissions.
– Proficiency in navigating computer systems efficiently.
