Ken Ganley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bedford is actively seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our team, specializing in vehicle repairs and routine service/maintenance for both customer vehicles and commercial vans. Responsibilities for Service Technicians:

  • Inspect vehicles and diagnose issues accurately.
  • Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards, covering areas such as engine, transmission, electrical systems, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning.
  • Provide detailed estimates of required time and parts for repair/maintenance work.
  • Continuously update knowledge of technical information and industry techniques through training sessions.
  • Maintain a clean work environment and manage dealership-owned tools responsibly.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned, based on individual skill levels and certifications.

Qualifications for Service Technicians:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician is required; 5+ years is preferred.
