Position Overview:
We are seeking team members who can flexibly work across various departments, including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and the Front-End. This position is located at our West Chester store, situated at 7720 Voice of America Centre Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069. The hourly pay range for this role is $13.00 – $16.00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service by:
    • Engaging with guests to understand their needs and assist them in creating meal solutions
    • Maintaining current product knowledge and awareness of weekly promotional items across the store, collaborating with various departments to support guests
    • Ensuring a welcoming shopping environment through effective merchandising and product stocking while providing assistance to nearby guests
    • Collecting shopping carts from the parking lot and maintaining overall cleanliness throughout the store
    • Upholding a professional appearance in accordance with uniform standards

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
