Job Title: Banquet Captain

Company: Athletic Club of Columbus

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $8 – 11 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $8 to $11 for a Banquet Captain in Columbus, OH, is notably below the industry standards for similar roles, which typically range from $15 to $25 per hour depending on experience and the type of establishment. This discrepancy suggests that the offered wages may not be competitive, particularly considering the demands of the role, which often includes managing events, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, factors such as the rising cost of living and the need for skilled professionals in the hospitality industry further emphasize that the compensation may not attract qualified candidates in the current labor market.
