AI Pay Analysis: To assess the competitiveness of the hourly rate for a Banquet Captain in Williamsburg, MI, it’s necessary to consider several factors, including local cost of living, demand for hospitality roles, and industry standards. As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, hourly rates for Banquet Captains typically ranged from $15 to $25 per hour nationally, with variations based on experience, venue prestige, and regional economic conditions. Given that Williamsburg is a smaller town in Michigan, rates might be on the lower end of that spectrum; however, if the offered rate aligns with or exceeds this range, it would be considered competitive for the area, particularly if accompanied by benefits or opportunities for tips. For a thorough evaluation, specific data regarding the actual offered hourly rate and local market conditions would be necessary.
