Job Title: Banquet Captain

Company: Great Wolf Lodge

Location: Traverse City, MI

Pay: $19 per hour

AI Pay Analysis: An hourly rate of $19 for a Banquet Captain in Traverse City, MI, appears to be on the lower end of the spectrum when compared to industry standards, particularly for regions in the northern Midwest where the cost of living can be higher. According to available salary data, Banquet Captains typically earn between $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience, the type of establishment, and specific responsibilities. Additionally, considering the role’s requirements for leadership, event coordination, and customer service, the $19 rate may not effectively attract qualified candidates or retain talent in a competitive hospitality market. Overall, this wage might struggle to meet local living costs and could be considered non-competitive.
