Job Description
Job Title: Banquet Server (3) Openings
Company: Kewadin Casinos
Location: Sault Sainte Marie, MI
Pay: $9.64 per hour
AI Pay Analysis: The hourly rate of $9.64 for a Banquet Server in Sault Sainte Marie, MI appears to be below the standard wage for similar roles in the hospitality industry. As of 2023, banquet servers typically earn between $12 to $20 per hour, depending on experience and location, with many establishments offering tips that can significantly increase overall earnings. Given that Sault Sainte Marie has a generally modest cost of living, this rate may still be considered low, and it may struggle to attract qualified candidates. Therefore, this salary would likely not be competitive within the current job market for banquet servers.
