The Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center, located in Lewis Center, Ohio, is seeking part-time Banquet Servers and Attendants to become integral members of our team. As one of the largest venues in Columbus, we host a diverse range of meetings during the week and enchanting weddings on weekends.
In the role of Banquet Server and Attendant, your primary focus will be enhancing the guest experience. This position entails both service and product knowledge, with a strong emphasis on maintaining a hospitable demeanor. Our team is responsible for delivering both food and beverage services across various venues.

Essential Functions:
- Set up necessary equipment and items promptly to ensure the successful execution of events, including buffet and drink stations, table settings, and food and beverage service preparation.
- Serve food and beverages as specified in the Banquet Event Order (BEO), continuously stocking and maintaining items to fulfill guest demands while adhering to BEO presentation standards.
- Anticipate and address guest needs before and during events to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness standards by refreshing the space and removing dirty dishes and trash.
- Tear down and clean up all equipment and items used during service, returning them to storage for future events.
Physical Requirements:

- Ability to carry a banquet serving tray with a minimum of six dinners, with an end goal of eight dinners.
