AI Pay Analysis: To analyze the hourly rate for a Banquet Server position at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI, it’s important to consider both the typical compensation for banquet servers in the region and the broader hospitality industry’s standards. As of 2023, banquet servers in Detroit typically earn between $15 to $25 per hour, depending on factors like experience, location, and specific venue prestige. Given that Little Caesars Arena is a high-profile venue, the pay may lean towards the upper end of that scale, especially considering the nature of events hosted there.
